Catherine Brady read from her story “Scissors, Paper, Rock,” about a photojournalist who's having problems. Nona Caspers read from Little Book of Days, a sort of diary-meditation on the richness of daily life. Maria Espinosa read from Dying Unfinished, a fraught narrative of mother-daughter sexual rivalry. Jarret Rosenblatt read from his story “A Kind of Falling,” which he wrote while attending massage school in Boston. William Ayers read adolescent escapades of potential sex and potential violence. Christina Sunley had to cancel, and will have to read for us some other time.
